AMCo utilizes robots in our machines when it is cost effective and practical to do so.  We won't force you as the end user to use them, but we will tell you when we recommend you do so based off cost, cycle time, future part considerations, and maintenance.

These systems range in size from a system of multiple conveyors, multiple robots, multiple machines - to a single simple machine.

AMCo Automation offers customizable solutions for tray oven dryers. Our systems automate loading, unloading, tray cleaning, and filling. Tailor the level of automation, filling and cleaning methods, and floor plan to fit your needs. We’ll design a system based on your materials, tray specs, drying requirements, and throughput needs.

AMCo Automation offers expert robot programming and Roboguide simulations. Roboguide simulations can enhance designs, calculate throughput, and verify cycle times, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

AMCo automation designs all tooling and machinery in house.  We have a lot of experience designing systems that go into factories, and can help you as the end user out as needed.  

Amco utilizes indexing systems for many of its designs.  This includes rotary indexers, indexing conveyors, and power and free pallet conveyors.  These are useful especially with assembly automation where a part (or several) is added to an assembly each index.

AMCo excels in using collaborative robots to automate tasks where operators will be present.  Common uses are part assembly, inspection, welding, and part loading and unloading.
